Memorial Hall houses the City Administration offices. The City Council meets here. The Council includes:

The City Clerk, Water billing Department and the City Administrators Offices are here.

In times gone by the hall was used for community gatherings. It houses a 3/4 gym floor with stage at the west end and two balconies for seating. With a capacity of around 800, a full house would be something to see.

The City Administrator, Ian Martell, is appointed by the Mayor and is responsible for executing the will of the Council and managing the daily operations and non-appointed City staff. The Administrator answers to the Mayor and City Council and is charged with assisting with the annual preparation of the budget, overseeing the city's capital improvement plan, ensuring that the City is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, addressing concerns from the general public, performing all code and zoning enforcement, and other duties as required.

The City Clerk is appointed by the Mayor and serves as the secretary for the Council as the Official Record Custodial and Official Custodian of the City Seal. The City Clerk is responsible for attending all City council meetings, keeping the official minutes of all meetings of the City Council, recording all City Ordinances and Resolutions, attesting to all city documents, researching public record requests, administering oaths, and giving notice of public meetings as required by law.
